We act as a travel agent and intermediary. Final bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Prices quoted are indicative and may change until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.
- Full payment is required before tickets or vouchers are issued.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Stripe (where available).
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, and supplier. Please confirm the specific policy at the time of booking.
- Our service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
- Refunds from airlines or hotels are subject to their individual terms and may take 7–30 business days to process.
- We are not liable for cancellations caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).
5. Travel Documents and Visas
It is the traveller's sole responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Nigam International Travel provides visa assistance as a guide only and does not guarantee visa approval. We are not liable for any losses arising from denied entry or visa rejection.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nigam International Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. We are not liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines.
- Hotel overbooking or changes in accommodation standards.
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during travel.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid to us for the specific booking in question.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. We can assist in arranging travel insurance upon request.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Nigam International Travel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
